The hotel's proximity to the Beijing West train station is a great advantage, especially during rush hour. You can easily access the station via a pedestrian bridge, and the hotel is located right next to it. some rooms have comfortable beds and excellent showers, and the hotel offers facilities such as free Wi-Fi.
Sadly, some staff members lack good English skills, which can lead to misunderstandings and unpleasant situations.

Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Great breakfast options with both Chinese to Western food served every day. Central location with easy access to transportation.
Limited English communication from staff and slow response to service requests. No on-site fitness amenities.

The location of this hotel is perfect for travelers who need to get to the train station in a hurry. It's just a short walk away, which is convenient during rush hour. Additionally, the hotel is located near several international fast food chains. The room was beautiful and clean with a comfortable bed.

Spacious, clean and beautifully furnished rooms with a massage chair were the best aspects of this hotel. The helpful daytime staff who spoke a little English added to our experience. toiletries, tea, and coffee were included in the room.
English language skills were limited and the coffee was very expensive. The night shift staff did not speak any English, making check-in a bit difficult.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was incredibly convenient, being very close to the Beijing West railway station. It was just a short walk on the pedestrian bridge or opposite to the railway station. The hotel provided a free shuttle service, which made it even easier for us to get around. The staff were friendly and helpful, with 24-hour room service and a bell staff/porter available. The room amenities were excellent, with a comfortable sitting area, free Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV. We also appreciated the free toiletries and the electric kettle for making tea and coffee. The hotel's leisure facilities, including the casino and sauna, were a great way to unwind after a busy day of exploring.
We highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.
